Steven Penn
Steven’s journey into the world of holistic health began over 20 years ago. With a background in holistic science, Steven has dedicated his life to understanding the natural ways in which the body can heal and thrive. His extensive study and application of holistic principles have led him to become a respected health coach, known for his deep knowledge and commitment to natural wellness.
Steven’s personal experience with chronic nerve pain was a turning point in his life. Faced with an incurable neurological disorder, he turned to his knowledge of natural supplements, particularly cannabinoids, to find relief. The results were life-changing. What once seemed like an impossible challenge became manageable through the use of natural remedies.

My name is William, and I’m the co-founder of Thrive Vitality. As a father of two wonderful boys, my wife and I are raising our family in the Houston area, along with my brother-in-law, creating a lively and busy household. With over five years of experience coaching CrossFit and Olympic lifting, I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting athletes in their rest and recovery.
Throughout my coaching journey, I’ve worked with individuals facing various challenges, including nerve issues, lupus, anxiety, and sleep deprivation. My experiences have also exposed me to the realities of cancer and the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation. This has reinforced my commitment to helping others, as I truly believe in the power of wellness and recovery.
